My name is Mary Olesky.
I have been a Postpartum Doula since 1997 and have
worked with over 100 families, some families more than once. I became interested in a Doula service when I was helping my family and friends with their new babies. I then became certified and insured and started my own business.
I am also an International
Board Certified Lactation Consultant. Pediatricians have
requested my assistance to work privately with the mothers
of some of the newborns in their practices.
I have also worked with
families to help get their children on a sleeping schedule
that works well for the whole family. My goal is to calm your fears, help relieve stress and allow you to enjoy this wonderful time with your new baby.
I am a non-medical care provider who can give you and your family home practical education and emotional support within your own home. The support includes mother care and companionship, infant care guidance, sibling care, meal preparation, errands and light house keeping. Servicing central and southern New Jersey.
I am married with two really great sons, Daniel and David. We love camping, hiking and fishing. We love to be outdoors. We enjoy the beach as much as the mountains. I have been married to my wonderful husband for
over 20 years.
